Energy Vault says its acquisition of Goshe Energy Storage adds more than 2.3 GW of US battery projects across 15 developments. The portfolio includes two projects totalling 350 MW that the company describes as ready to build and targeting operation in the first quarter of 2028.
The announcement is a development-platform signal, not a blanket equipment award. Buyers and suppliers should distinguish permitted, financed, notice-to-proceed and construction-ready assets, because each stage carries different allocation and delivery confidence.
A useful qualification pack should identify the project company, interconnection status, site scope, technology basis, financing milestones, EPC split and long-term service obligations. SolarXport can support an energy storage shortlist, utility-scale review and project sourcing brief.
