Greenvolt Power has started construction of the Siedlce battery energy storage system in Poland. The project is planned at 600 MW / 2.4 GWh, with commercial operation targeted for the end of 2027.
For buyers, construction is a stronger sourcing signal than a preliminary pipeline announcement, but it does not remove interface risk. Grid connection, civil works, battery delivery, PCS, protection, controls and commissioning must follow one schedule.
