One portfolio total can hide eleven different roofs. Structure, waterproofing, shading, access, fire paths, distribution boards, cable lengths, shutdown windows and grid approvals should be surveyed per building before quantities are fixed.
Buyers should request a site matrix, roof-specific drawings, interface schedule and commissioning plan. Suppliers should separate common equipment from building-specific work and keep substitutions traceable to the tender's performance requirements.
