A CAPEX package should be read as a complete performance obligation, not a module-only opportunity. Roof condition, structural loads, array layout, inverter sizing, cable routes, protection, metering, access and commissioning evidence all affect a compliant price.
Before bidding, confirm the full request for selection, eligibility rules, site survey, accepted makes, warranty boundaries and 180-day work programme. Record every assumption and deviation so the buyer can compare offers on the same technical basis.
