Singapore's Jurong Town Corporation has opened an RFP for a mobile solar-plus-battery energy storage system to power construction, infrastructure and reclamation sites. The GeBIZ notice lists an open tender, a 20 November 2026 closing date and a 2 November site briefing.
The mobile format shifts the buyer question from nameplate capacity to deployment workflow. Suppliers need to show how the package is transported, positioned, connected, protected, monitored and relocated while meeting changing site loads and temporary electrical requirements.
RFQ documents should state usable energy, power quality, autonomy, charging sources, mobility limits, weather protection, maintenance response and site handover responsibilities. SolarXport supports solar-plus-storage selection, system architecture review and a project request.
